This property consists of 19 unpatented mining claims (393 acres or approximately 2 square kilometers) and the Department of Energy (DOE) Lease Tract C-SR-12 (640 acres or approximately 2 square kilometers) in Western Colorado and are in an area commonly referred to as the Spud Patch, a part of the Uravan Mineral Belt. The property includes a historically productive mine.

This land is about 70 highway miles from EFR’s proposed Piñon Ridge Uranium Mill and approx 65 miles from the operating White Mesa mill.
