Quebec Projects

Quebec Uranium Properties [QUEBEC]

Aldershot entered into option agreements during 2006 and 2007 to acquire an interest in groups of mineral claims located in the province of Quebec in Canada.

During 2008 it become clear that the Company would not be able to raise sufficient funding to continue with its plans for exploring its claims in the province of Quebec.

Consequently management has devoted considerable time to negotiating with the optionees for the respective claims to be returned to them in a cash neutral manner for the Company.  The Company, therefore, has returned all the claims over which it held title in some fashion in the province of Quebec back to the original owners (the optionees).

Further information is contained in the press release dated December 17 2008 and Management’s Discussion & Analysis released December 17 2008.
