| Mr. DeMarte has over 22 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry in Western Australia. He has held executive positions with a number of listed mining and exploration companies and is currently Executive Director and Company Secretary of both Thundelarra Exploration Ltd and Royal Resources Limited of Perth Western Australia.
Mr. DeMarte is experienced in areas of secretarial practice, management accounting and corporate and financial management. He holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Fellow of the Chartered Secretaries of Australia.

Mr Brian Richardson

| Mr Richardson has over twenty one (21) years of experience in the mining industry in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. He was Exploration Manager of Miralga Mining NL and involved in the early exploration of Sulphur Springs base metals – gold project. He was also involved in the generation of various projects for Gascoyne Gold Mines NL. In this role he discovered the Southern Star Mine in 1994/95. From 1997 through to 2000 he was the Managing Director of Resource Exploration NL (now Mawson West Limited) an Australian listed junior exploration company. Ian Faris

| Ian Faris is a geologist with over three decades of mining and exploration experience, including over a decade exploring for uranium in Australia. He is the manager of Aldershot's global uranium exploration programs. His experience includes exploration for uranium in Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory including four years on the Angela-Pamela uranium deposits. More recently he has been involved in taking manganese and chromite deposits from discovery through to development and mining in Western Australia, including managing the sensitive environmental, hydrological and Native Title issues. Mr Faris holds a B Sc (Hons), a M App Sc (Min Ex) and is a Member of the AusIMM. |
